Karen McEachern

For more than three decades, Karen has worked a number of roles across the McDonald’s system. Her first job at McDonald’s was working as Crew, and then as Shift Manager, in Westfield, MA while obtaining her B.S. in Accounting.

Before joining Hogan Company in 2018, she served as the Boston Region Finance Director for McDonald’s Corporate and Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern New England. What Karen likes most about McDonald’s is the people – our McFamily.
