Ron Maloof

Ron oversees the entire Hogan Company Operations Team, a group that consists of Area Supervisors, Technology Associates, Maintenance Technicians and Training Leads. Ron started as Crew at a McDonald’s restaurant in Lincoln, RI and has over three decades of experience across a variety of roles.

His favorite part of working at McDonald’s is that each day is different – just when you think you’ve seen it all, you learn something new! Look for Ron enjoying a hot latte or spicy chicken sandwich when he is eating at one of the restaurants.
